Mike
Amorino is a team-oriented Information Systems professional with more than
twenty five years of facilities and data center managerial and design
experience. He has successfully designed and managed a large number of construction
and renovation
projects for Teswaine, Citigroup, Solomon Smith Barney and Bell Atlantic.
As our Senior Project Director,
he is directly involved with every project. His self motivated style
combined with the ability to multi-task while focusing on the prime task at
hand has proven invaluable as an engineer and on-site construction
administrator.
His skills with value
engineering, combined with an eye for quality details during the course of a
project and design validation during the commissioning of projects fits
perfectly into the cost effective Teswaine model.
Aside from being technically
astute, he provides three key ingredients to a project's success:
accessibility, responsiveness and reliability. |

Engineer
Formerly with
AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent / Avaya Labs and RCA Sarnoff Laboratories

Bill Georger is a broad based engineering
professional with over thirty years of experience and a proven record of
creating and developing new technology and managing projects. His experience
with the understanding and designing infrastructure solutions that allow for
the transmission of voice, high speed data, audio visual and building
automation within the enterprise or campus is without equal in the industry.
As a member of Bell Labs, he was instrumental
in the development of systems to transmit broadband and baseband
analog and digital signals over structured cabling of both fiber and copper
media.
He has designed and managed the
implementation of Data Centers, CATV, CCTV and Wireless Distributed Antennae
Systems (DAS) for a number of global financial institutions, hospitals and
utilities. His accomplishments include five U.S. patents
with two others filed and the publishing of technical articles such as
"Transmitting Video over Structured Cabling Systems".
Above all, his most important
accomplishment is the integrity that he has demonstrated during a long
career and the dedicated effort and success he brings to every project. |

Ken Heiser has more than
forty years of experience with the design and implementation of contemporary
PBX systems, voice products such as recording, paging and key systems
as well as the latest VoIP telecommunications processors.
In addition, he has
extensive experience designing and managing the implementation of Wide Area
Network systems and outside plant infrastructure.
He understands that
attention to detail during the discovery phase of your project will allow
for the accurate logical programming of your voice requirements, assuring
you of an on-time completion. "Less change on Day 2 means an overall savings
and reduced disruption to active services."
His expertise with the
interaction of Network Services and their delivery requirements translates
into a meaningful schedule with milestones that can be met. "Providing personal
attention to the project team and the tasks at hand equals success at every
